A two-story penthouse designed in collaboration with architect Amal Soria. We installed Dakota-engineered Oak flooring throughout, bringing warmth and continuity to the expansive space. The main kitchen features Kitmo’s Lifestyle model—earthy and inviting—while a sleek Vogue kitchenette adds contrast on the upper floor. Muted white lacquered closets and a grey wood-plastic composite deck complete the home’s modern, refined palette.
